Our Curuba (Passionfruit Banana) Fruit Purees are non-GMO, pasteurized, certified Kosher, gluten-free and vegetarian. Manufacturer does not use milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy and wheat in the products or processing areas.

Our Aseptic purees are made with fresh - never frozen - fruits from Colombia in South America. Along with the best coffee plants, fruits grow all year round thanks to the blessed fertile soil and sun light. The rivers and nutrients from Los Andes Mountains and Caribbean & Pacific Coasts feed the fruits with intense aromas and flavors that makes them unique.
All of our purees are pasteurized and accomplish all the HACCP requirements. Our facilities has been audited and inspected by FDA.
We gather the fruits from the farmers. We clean, peel and blend them to make the fruit puree.
ARE THEY PASTEURIZED?
Yes.
DOES IT HAVE ANY OTHER INGREDIENTS DIFFERENT THAN FRUIT?
It contains Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) that is used to avoid oxidation of the puree. Oxidation is a reaction that takes place when oxygen has access to the puree. This will change the color mostly turning it black if we do not put any Vitamin C on it. Although the aseptic bag protects the fruit puree, Vitamin C assures that this event won't takes place.
It does not contain any colorants or artificial preservatives.
HOW TO USE IT?
Open the box, take out the aseptic bag, cut one of the corners or the upper part of the bag and then just pour it into the tank. The bag has a valve but it is only for filling purposes.
HOW MUCH PUREE SHOULD I USE FOR BEER BREWING?
Anywhere from 1/2 lb to 2 lbs of puree per gallon. It also depends if you are going to add it during the fermentation process. In that case you add more counting on the sugars to ferment out.
WHAT IF I HAVE LEFTOVERS?
Keep it refrigerated up to three weeks. We suggest putting the leftovers in other clean and sanitized recipient (e.g. bottle) well sealed avoiding contact with oxygen.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?
1 Year at max 75°F. No need to freeze
3 weeks refrigerated after opening.

HOW THE FRUIT PUREES ARE SHIPPED?
All orders from 3 boxes or more are shipped as LTL in a wrapped pallet. We have a wide range of freight carriers options that you can choose from. Please choose the carrier option ofLiftgate in case you need it.
WHAT IF I WANT TO PURCHASE LESS THAN 3 BOXES OF FRUIT PUREE?
No worries. We have UPS ground service that helps to keep shipping cost down. Just use the regular shopping cart and then choose UPS GROUND.
WHEN THE PURÉES ARE SHIPPED?
If you purchase purées before 1:00 PM they will be shipped next business day. If you purchase after 1:00 PM they will be shipped on the second business day.
If a purchase is made on Friday after 1:00 PM it is going to be shipped next Tuesday.

WILL THERE BE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER? WHAT IF I'M TAX-EXEMPT?
Sales tax will be charged. If you are tax-exempt you can send us your Tax Exempt Form to info@asepticfruitpurees.com for review it. But first, create an account very quickly in order for us to mark it exempt after reviewing the form. Usually, we take around an hour or so.
